Medical and Dental Centre

Second time this week visiting the clinic, my kids had a fever last week, and today we came for a follow-up because of their cough. We arrived before 8:30 a.m., worried about long queues, but the doctor only came around 9 a.m. She did a very thorough check-up and was gentle with the kids. The nurse was also attentive and did her job well, though of course, you can’t expect top-notch service like in a private hospital. Overall, it’s a good neighbourhood clinic.

There are a couple of bad reviews regarding the professionalism of the team. However, I have been seeing Dr. Jovina for the past two years for my dental appointments, even after moving away from Commonwealth, and the team has always been professional and accommodating.

My mother would want to express her gratitude to Dr. Rachel for treating her today at 2:20pm. Mum said "There is someone who is so caring about me who is 88 years old, asking me patiently about my health and the meds that I am taking". Once again, I want to thank Dr Rachel and the lovely staffs at the reception counter. They're all caring angels.
