Luminous Dental Clinic — Bedok South

We reside in Jurong West & will make our way to Bedok South just to have our many dental appointments with Dr. Cheng Ting. She is friendly & knowledgeable in her profession. We had our 1st appointment in NorthPoint. Pleased to say, Excellent Team! Everyone is always smiling & willing to render help. Yes, we have switched permanently. Never looking back. I visited the clinic for a chipped tooth which was distressing me because of pain. I was worried and anxious when I first stepped in. Thankfully the clinic atmosphere is calming and friendly with cheerful staffs. Dr Lim Li Shan whom I saw took time to explain my case well. She was also gentle and experienced in her treatment. My anxiety was relieved when I did not feel the pain I was expecting during the procedure. I left the clinic a smiling happy person. Thank you Dr Lim Li Shan for your professionalism and care!

Did my scaling & polishing with Dr Lee and she was extremely professional and patient throughout. I usually get quite jittery and uptight with dental procedures but she gave a heads up for every possible area that might make me feel uncomfortable. She even gave me useful advice during the session, such as where I am not brushing properly enough and how to make sure I don’t miss out those spots. Icing on the cake is that rates are competitive and fair. Definitely my go to clinic for regular cleaning even though I don’t live nearby. Thanks Dr Lee and Luminous!
