This review is for Dr Sean @ Hougang block 681. I think he has been assigned there from Hougang Village and their new address has not been updated in Google hence, I couldn't leave my review but here. Dr Sean is a very gentle and well-mannered dentist. He is bilingual and very detailed in his work. This was my first time to Luminous and with Dr Sean. I went for the basic scaling and polishing and never have I had the experience of spitting out clear fluid during rinsing. There were always some kind of blood traces but not with Dr Sean 👍 which impressed me thoroughly. He was also the first to initiate sharing with me about my wisdom tooth. None of my previous dentists did that. At the end of the session, he will apply a layer of fluoride gel on your teeth for strengthening. This cost 30 bucks. I'm covered under the company's benefit so I went for it. If you wish to skip it, please let him know beforehand or else he will dive straight into it. They only accept cash, chas card accepted. A very positive experience and I highly recommended him and his team at the clinic at Hougang Ave 8 block 681

Best experience with a dentist since 1996. Dr Sheldon was extremely informative and patient even though i had plenty of queries. He and his assistant were also very gentle and never once had i winced in pain. 10/10 would return. Words can't explain how satisfied i am with the level of service given. Thank you Dr Sheldon and the rest of the staff for giving me and my wife such a great experience!
