Lee and Lee (Dental Surgeons)

I went for an implant surgery at Lee & Lee Dental, Tampines Branch this afternoon 23 Oct 24. I had been delaying and dreading the surgery for the longest time until now. Dr Selene Tam has been taking care of my teeth for many years, so I finally mustered the courage and had it done! Dr Tam went through the acknowledgement form and explained the procedures to me clearly before the start of the surgery. During the implant surgery, she was always checking on my well-being and ensuring it would be a painless procedure for me. The only niggling feeling I felt, was during the beginning of anaesthesia injection (that long needles, I almost fainted! 🤣) and also at the end, when stitches were required to close up the wound. During the entire process, I only felt strong pressure, movements and vibration. I was surprised that it was almost painless and plain-sailing. Thank you Dr Selene Tam and team for their very professional work and for taking good care of me. Their personable nature and cheerful disposition has an infectious influence on me and definitely helped me to overcome my fear.

Service - very professional From admin staff - dental assistant - dentist High level of service awareness. I made a last minute approach because of my swollen gum last nite. They made all effort to try fit me in, knowing they basically go by appointments only. Really appreciate their effort, I got treatment within 10mins upon arrival. ( Maybe I was just lucky too )

My dentist DR. LOW EE LYN is very professional and meticulous. She fixed my tooth with great care and attention to detail. She is also very patient and gentle, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. I truly appreciate her expertise and kindness. I always make appointment under her whenever i visit the clinic. Highly recommended!!
