I have been looking around for dental clinics to address my teeth issues on aesthetics and gum problems for already awhile and chance upon Kent Dental Works online. At first glance on their website, you will notice that the webpage design is simple and information are direct which provides you with a list of dental solutions that they can do for you, no fancy pages that point to the idea of high cost proposition. I therefore decided to drop a WhatsApp to enquire about a few dental issues I have and the response from Kent Dental Works was swift and they are able to provide me with an estimated advise on what they can do base on my description n what they see from the picture on my teeth which I've sent to them through WhatsApp. Days later, I decided to give it a try with them. The boutique size clinic that is pictured in the website may seems to look small at first impression. The stark different here, is when you step into the dental room, it is spacious, clean and very well equipped. It is even so as well at their x-ray room:) This is essentially what's more important afterall. Upon after entering into the dental room, I was greeted by friendly Dr Tho. As due to years of smoking, my oral health is definitely bad and my front teeth look especially not good. After having the result of x-ray on my teeth, Dr Tho focuses on understanding what I am not happy about and what I want for my troubled teeth. She will then advise you for the most cost effective way, the pros n cons and follow by the shortest n yet safest way to achieve my desired wish for my set of teeth. Steadily and spontaneously, Dr Tho took every step of her way in treating my teeth and gum treatment with great care without any pain. There's even some soft music at the background that is definitely much of a relax moment to soothe things further. The final part is the payment where you will deal with the counter staff outside, payment modes can be discussed openly with him as there will mostly be no patient seated around near counter waiting, unlike other dental clinics where there are always patients seated near the counter and resulting to no privacy to speak about dental after-care and payment matters. Kent Dental Works also accept ATOME and all major credit cards. All in all, I will say that my experience with Kent Dental Works has been a very good and pleasant one for the reason of their cost effectiveness, communication on WhatsApp to enquire with them on any matter from dental to the estimated cost and finally of course their high level of care and professionalism are definitely what I like the most on my dental journey with them!

Great experience at Kent Dental Works! Root Canal Treatment was painless and comfortable which was very amazing. Doctors and assistants were also patient, and always putting their main focus on patients. Overall wonderful treatment, will highly recommend anyone who wish to seek dental treatment to visit Kent Dental Works.

I needed to buy some sterile gauzes for our daughter who had just extracted her teeth elsewhere and she was still bleeding. Even though my daughter was not a patient there but the dentist was kind enough to give us some gauzes (other places weren't so kind) and offered instruction. A very kind gesture - thank you very much!
