Joy Dental Centre — Punggol

It was an awesome experience. Prior to the appointment, I received whatsapp message on my appointment. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The place is very clean and brightly lit. Dr Dawn has been very patient and great with handling kids. My boy initially was afraid of visiting the dentist. Dr Dawn managed to engage with him that he actually enjoyed his visit very much. Every now and then she will talked to him and update him what she will be doing to his teeth. It is a great idea to reward the kids after the visit. Will definitely come back again.

I had an impacted wisdom tooth which is causing me excruciating pain. Dr Clarissa and the team made the process painless and seamless, and I was at ease the whole time. The entire procedure took about an hour. The after-service was phenomenal as well, they checked in on me every other day to see how I was coping and answered my questions and requests patiently. Highly recommended, kudos to the Joy Dental team @ One Punggol!

We had such a pleasant experience here. Had to bring our daughter for 3 teeth extraction. They managed to squeeze us in last minute. Dr Lhu was assigned to us. Our daughter was nervous but Dr Lhu's kindness and child-friendly approach put her at ease. Dr Lhu listened to her and reasoned out well with her. As parents, we were given constant feedback. After care service is also tip top! The receptionist texted us to check on the healing process. We sent pictures and Dr Lhu sent us messages to assure us that all is in good shape.
