I had a very terrible toothache and it was late at night. Dr Jean and nurse Siew Wen decided to stay late for me. Initially we thought that the tooth needs root canal treatment which represents a higher revenue but they decided to check further and noticed that it was another problem that just needed a simpler solution hence more savings. The process was entirely painless as well despite the need for anesthesia. Thank you Dr Jean and Siew Wen for making the entire process painless! ❤️

She clearly explained the costs and what was included, which I really appreciated. Dr Jean was very detailed and meticulous during the cleaning, and patiently shared helpful tips on how to take better care of my teeth. Overall, it was a very pleasant and satisfactory experience.
