Extremely disappointed!! Never expected this from a clinic I’ve trusted for years. I’ve been a loyal patient here for a long time. I did continue my braces treatment and retainers twice and always praised the doctor for being gentle and professional. I even recommended this clinic to my family and friends because I truly believed in his service. But during my son’s appointment on Friday, 10th Oct 2025, I was really disappointed. The doctor seemed unhappy knowing my son’s braces treatment started at another clinic. As a loyal customer who brought him more business, I expected appreciation, not attitude. Even if my son needed to redo everything, I wouldn’t have minded paying. What hurt most was how dismissive he was. When I mentioned he treated me and my sister before, he didn’t believe me until the counter staff confirmed it. Then he said I should’ve brought my son’s treatment info, but how would I know, when he never asked for any during my own treatment? Before I left, I still paid the consultation fee even though he didn’t do anything for my son. I walked out feeling so disheartened. I trusted this clinic for years, but after today, I’ve truly lost that trust.
