My Expecting Horror Dentist Visit Turned Delightful! I'll be the first to admit, I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to dentist visits. The mere thought of drills, needles, and scalpels sends shivers down my spine. So, when I scheduled my latest appointment at Greenlife Dental at TPY, I was prepared for the worst. But... was I pleasantly surprised! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with warm smile of Ms. Bradell. She was friendly and efficient, registering me in promptly and went beyond her duty to ask me if I possess CHAS card and other subsidies including if I was covered under any insurance. My other visits to other dental clinics never had that personal touch. The waiting area was cozy, with comfortable seating and calming decor – a far cry from the sterile, anxiety-inducing environments I've encountered at other dental offices. My dentist, Dr. Delwin Koh, was an absolute gem! He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answering all my questions and concerns with patience and reassurance. The entire team of Dr Koh and Ms. Christina was professional, yet personable, making me feel at ease throughout the visit. The procedure itself was surprisingly painless. Dr. Koh and Christina worked in perfect harmony, making the experience as smooth and efficient as possible. Before I knew it, the appointment was over, and I was leaving the clinic with a sense of relief and accomplishment. The follow-up care instructions were clear, and I was provided with a comprehensive treatment plan to ensure my ongoing oral health. In conclusion, my expecting horror dentist visit turned out to be a truly pleasant experience. The entire team at Greenlife Dental TPY went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. If you're a fellow dental anxiety sufferer, I highly recommend giving them a try. I always see Dr Melody Fam for dental twice a year as she has been a patience ,nice , easy to talk too and very friendly person. I brought my kid to her for dental check up. Have to book in advance appt coz her slot always full slot need to book 3-4 months in advance. Thumb up 👍 as I seen her almost 5 years already. She done well for my root canal and crown treatment three year ago. 👏 👏 once again thank you Dr. Melody for her excellent work and dedication.

Have been consulting Dr Melody Fam for many years. She would always keep me updated on my teeth’s condition, what I did well and what can be improved on my part as caring for my teeth is my responsibility. Dr Melody is a nice to talk to, gentle during dental procedures, will often ask if I’m okay during cleaning/scaling.
