I avoided going to the dentist for more than 15 years due to childhood trauma, but I recently had no choice when my wisdom tooth started causing unbearable pain. After hearing strong recommendations from colleagues, I decided to visit Gentle Smile Dental Studio, and I’m truly glad I did. Dr Annabelle Tong was extremely professional, patient, and gentle throughout the entire process. The wisdom tooth extraction was handled with great care, and I felt reassured every step of the way. Because of the positive experience, I went on to extract two additional wisdom teeth and also completed scaling and polishing with her. She later referred me to an endodontist for my root canal treatment, and I returned to Dr Annabelle for the crown, everything was seamless and well-coordinated. I would also like to commend the clinic staff, who were consistently friendly and polite. From scheduling appointments and receiving reminders via WhatsApp to in-person interactions at the clinic, every experience was smooth and pleasant. The clinic itself is very clean and well-maintained, which further added to the overall comfort. Thanks to Dr Annabelle, I am no longer as afraid of visiting the dentist, something I never thought would be possible. I truly appreciate her skill, calm manner, and professionalism, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone, especially those who feel anxious about dental visits.

The whole dental procedure was very pleasant, the environment was great, and the price was reasonable. Thank you to the kind and beautiful Dr. Winnie, who explained the condition of my teeth and the precautions for the cleaning in detail beforehand, which made me feel very reassured. After the cleaning, my teeth were sparkling clean, all the tartar was removed, and my breath felt much fresher.

I had a great experience with Dr Chua for my tooth filling. Dr Chua was very attentive and friendly, and took the time to patiently explain all my concerns before starting the procedure. I never felt rushed and really appreciated how clearly everything was explained, which helped put me at ease. The filling itself was comfortable and smooth, with minimal discomfort throughout. Overall, a very reassuring and professional experience — highly recommended.
