Had a great experience at Family Dental Centre Balestier Dental! From the moment I stepped in, the front desk staff were super friendly, professional, and efficient — made the registration and waiting process really smooth 👏. The young lady dentist (available only on Wednesdays and Fridays) deserves special mention — she’s very friendly, gentle, and truly cares about her patients 💕. She took the time to explain every step clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. Her assistant was equally helpful and attentive, making the whole experience pleasant and stress-free 😊. The only minor issue I noticed was that the treatment room felt a bit warm, so hopefully they can adjust the air-conditioning for more comfort next time. Overall, I’m really satisfied with their great service, caring attitude, and professional team. Definitely will come back again for future dental visits! 💯
