DP Dental Orchard

I found a highly-rated dental clinic nearby and took my daughter in for a scheduled cleaning and polish. My first impression upon arriving was one of immediate satisfaction and comfort. The entire facility was impeccably clean and tidy, radiating a quiet professionalism. The staff were warm and highly efficient, ensuring minimal waiting time. Once we were guided to the treatment room, the high standards continued: the equipment looked state-of-the-art, and the hygienist was exceptionally patient and gentle with my daughter, turning what is often a stressful appointment into a surprisingly pleasant and reassuring experience.

Generally, I hate going to the dentist's. I dislike sitting in the squeaky dental chair and hearing the screechy sounds that the drills and scrapers make. However, my recent experience (for scaling and polishing) at DP Dental Orchard was surprisingly pleasant, quick and efficient. The counter staff are very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome, even though i was in grubby jersey, shorts and slippers. The level of customer service is probably one of the highest I have experienced from a dental practice and while the owners are my friends and clients, it was not made known to the counter staff and attending doctor until much later. I was attended to by Dr Giang, who took great care to understand my needs. At my request, he investigated a pain in my tooth. He was very professional and did what he had to in order to solve my problem, including taking x rays. Dr Giang was also very attentive and acceded to my request to focus on the scaling and polishing, as well as not looking at my own x-ray (personal irrational dislike of mine). Turns out, that I had a receding gumline that exposed the roots on a molar. As I wanted more time to consider the options for treatment, he was very understanding and encouraged me to think through before committing to a course of treatment. In the meantime, he did what he could to protect my molar after carrying out the scaling and polishing. Overall, i felt very comfortable, relatively stress free and taken care of. I also didnt mind the premium i paid for the exceptional service. DP Dental had met me at my point of need, unobtrusively and efficiently.

The team is patient, gentle, and communicates instructions in a way my son can follow. Each visit has been smooth and well-organised, and the care has been consistent over the years. A reliable clinic that we feel comfortable returning to. Highly recommended.
