Denticare — Midpoint Orchard

I had a dental appointment with Dr. Pong Mei Yee on February 22, and I was highly impressed with the experience. Unlike in the past, there was minimal waiting time for my scaling and polishing. Dr. Pong is meticulous, always conducting a thorough check before starting any procedure. She puts patients at ease with light conversation, making the experience more comfortable. Her professionalism and skill ensure that even the smallest details are attended to. Although I have a fear of the scaling sound, Dr. Pong managed it tactfully, making the process much more bearable. I am extremely satisfied with her service. However, her appointments are always in high demand, and securing a Saturday slot requires booking at least 6 to 9 months in advance. The clinic maintains a very clean environment, and appointments are well-planned to minimize waiting time. The dental assistant is also very attentive, carefully managing the dental suction throughout the procedure. Overall, an excellent experience.

I was referred to Denticare @Midpoint Orchard by my aunt, made an appointment to wash and scale my teeth with CHAS subsidy on Fri, 31 Oct. The clinic was bright and clean, a few patients seated, I waited about 15 mins before my turn. The front desk nurse was very helpful, I noticed there was a promotion for first-timers and I asked to switch to that instead, she was very nice and did all she could to help me with it. Dr Chin is very kind and assured me that I would experience some discomfort as it’s been awhile I last scaled my teeth, it was mild enough and I’m so happy with the results! I will be making Denticare my permanent dental clinic for sure, thank you!

Have been coming here for years to see my regular dentist, Dr. Pong. She is incredibly skilled at what she does and is always approachable and friendly. What sets her apart is the effort she puts into connecting with her patients, making each visit feel personal and comfortable. This is a stark contrast to my experiences with other dentists, which often felt transactional and one-sided. Review is solely for Dr. Pong and her exceptional care.
