Had my scaling and polishing done with Dr Sun and it was a really good experience. I felt comfortable and reassured throughout — honest treatment and no feeling of being upsold at all. Big thanks to Miss Sandra at the front desk for helping me get a last-minute slot just for my appointment. She also clearly set the expectation that there might be some waiting, which I really appreciated. Overall, smooth and trustworthy experience. Would recommend!

I’ve always been fearful of going to the dentist because of bad experiences in the past. However, Dr Ross is so calm and professional. He reassured me with his skills that there’s nothing to be afraid of. I did dental scaling and extracted two of my wisdom teeth with him (one normal extraction and one surgery). The processes were smooth and quick. Thank you Dr Ross!

Dr Sun is an absolutely competent, friendly and professional dentist. I have been her patient for over two decades, following her relocation from previous clinics to today’s HarbourFront address. I’m most happy with her performance and advice on how best to care for my dental health. Sandra, the receptionist at the clinic, is always friendly, polite and helpful. She performs her diligently.
