Thank you So much Dental Focus at Chinatown branch! I had a very bad experience at other dental clinic as I made my denture there and feel uncomfortable they rejected to see me for adjustment and even pulled my tooth but half broken inside I was So Upset til my friend introduced me Dental focus! Dr Wong Was Such a good and patient Dr he answered all my questions and even take longer time to adjust my denture again and again. His Nurse was helpful too! Every time I would like to make appts the receptionist Mei she willing to help and remind me before the day. She is really help helpful and kind! Everyone should come here, Excellent services and Professional Dr!

Her attention to detail and calm, super friendly, down to earth approach make even more daunting procedures feel manageable, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients’ comfort, long-term dental health and more importantly the personal well-being. Treatment only recommended if required and no pushy sales at all. Receptionist assistant is also incredibly helpful. Prices are reasonable and transparent. It’s a comfortable experience. from the receptionist Mei, to the nurse Mary until I saw Doctor Casey How, they made me felt welcome and relax. Throughout my treatment, nurse and doctor made sure I was alright and check if I was feeling any discomforts. Mei was meticulous in helping me with my insurance claims and patiently explained the process and she remembered my name and greeted me warmly when I arrived. Doctor Casey also explained my X-ray results and next course of actions very gently. Nurse Mary is warm and friendly and made me forget my jitters 😄
