Dr Alex Yan was very reassuring and professional throughout the appointment… he read my previous records before I was called in for the appointment…this made me feel comfortable and assured…his assistant was also very supportive throughout the prep to the extraction…interesting strategy to calm the patient during the prep( massager and arm patting). Whilst waiting for the numbness to be effective, Dr Alex proceeded to check the other teeth and provided feedback and advice on what should be done. After the extraction , Dr Alex discussed about what to do next as well as assuring that I was comfortable and feeling fine. A very conscientious and diligent dentist…thanks for making me feel soooo much better…
