Crystal Dental Care — Serangoon

I visited Crystal Dental for the first time as my regular dentist from another clinic is on a long sabbatical. I had an urgent issue with tooth sensitivity and needed a last-minute appointment. I’m very grateful that Jia Yi, who answered my call, was efficient and kind enough to help arrange an appointment so quickly despite it being peak season. Dr Gao was extremely thorough in her assessment. As my tooth previously had an inlay and filling, she carefully conducted an X-ray to identify the root cause of the sensitivity. Having gone for regular dental visits over the years, I would commend her as a very skilled dentist. The procedure itself was complex she had to remove the old filling, clean underneath the inlay, and work from the side of my molar, yet Dr Gao handled it meticulously, redid the filling with great care and I wasn't feeling much discomfort despite having no injections. She also proposed closing off the side gap between my molars to address my tooth sensitivity. What I appreciated most was her attentiveness. Dr Gao suggested that I return in 2–3 weeks to review the results and see if the new filling helps reduce my sensitivity, which reflects a dentist genuine care to proper follow up and patient wellbeing. Additionally, the clinic is also clean and a very pleasant environment. I am still monitoring the condition, but based on my first visit, Dr Gao and the team at Crystal Dental are very caring and thorough. I will update again after my follow-up visit.

Today is my first time visiting this clinic. I was so nervous because of past experiences with other clinics. When I saw Dr Kassandra, I was a little worried because she is so young and beautiful. After very meticulous checking upon my problems, she explained very patiently and slowly to me. My worried heart eventually to let down. During the extraction, she was so gentle and comforted me with words to relax me. I had 2 teeth extracted, but zero pain, totally painless. My problem was quite complicated, I visited few clinics but did not solve the problems, I am so glad and happy that my painful problems finally ended up here with Dr Kassandra! She maybe young but her skills and experiences are fantastic and marvellous. I really impressed by her skills and attitude. Words would not be able to express my gratitude to her! Crystal Dental Clinic will be my future and forever clinic to visit whenever I have teeth problems 😊😘💙👍 I will give 100% thumbs up and stars for Dr Kassandra and the nurses for their gorgeous and splendid services 😍😍😍

I hadn’t visited a dentist for several years, and I’m really glad I chose Crystal Dental Care for my cleaning session. This was my first visit, and the customer service was excellent — every staff member and dentist I met was polite, helpful, and patient. My dentist was Dr Denis Tng, and he was really approachable, always smiling and very friendly in conversation. On the day of my appointment, I had badly chapped lips, and Dr Denis thoughtfully gave me a heads-up whenever I needed to stretch my lips during the cleaning. He also reminded me not to overstretch to avoid discomfort and told me to raise my hand if I felt any pain. And since Dr. Denis and his assistant are very attentive and professional, the good news is — I didn’t feel any discomfort throughout the entire session! I truly appreciate the care and attention given. I would highly recommend Crystal Dental Care to anyone looking for a professional and comfortable dental experience.
