I visited the newly opened Casa Dental at Boon Keng for regular dental cleaning, scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatment. The clinic environment was clean, bright, and welcoming, with friendly staff who made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The next day, I experienced some aching sensation in my teeth and reached out to the clinic. They were prompt, responsive, and even allowed me to walk in for a quick review with Dr. Esther at no extra charge, giving me peace of mind. Thankfully, there were no major issues. Kudos to the Casa Dental team for their professionalism, dedication, and excellent after-care service. I look forward to building a long-term relationship with my new neighbourhood dental clinic. I visited Casa Dental (Boon Keng) today, and the experience was excellent from the moment I arrived. The receptionist and staff were welcoming and attentive, which created a positive atmosphere straightaway. Dr Amit Patel was exceptionally professional, patient, and reassuring. I have a low tolerance of pain, yet he made the entire treatment feel smooth and comfortable, and I felt completely at ease throughout. My mother was seen separately last Friday, and her experience was equally positive. She had a few complications, but Dr Esther was incredibly gentle and consistently prioritised her comfort. Her calm and caring approach helped my mother feel safe and well looked after. Both of us are genuinely grateful for the care we received.
