Introduced to this dental clinic by my daughter on 13 January 2026. After many years of seeing different dentists, this was my first FEAR-FREE and WORRY-FREE experience at Caring Dental. I recently did a root canal at Caring Dental Punggol with Dr. Jade Foo and I’m very pleased with the experience. DENTIST DON'T JUST PULL OUT TEETH, THEY 'PLACE BACK' YOUR TEETH TOO! Lost my second molar since my schooling days due to dental phobia and by time having pain, it's too late. Ended suffer another nightmare extraction of digging and pulling After more than 30yrs missing the molar, my experience with replacing the molar is completely different. Thanks to Dr.Jade of Caring Dental. Dr.Jade starts w explaining the pros & cons of implant, follow on with the no visits and steps to go thru. She is so experince that she knew the pain and discomfort level of each steps and assure you of what to expect on each step. And she will always remind you the option of raise your hand if any discomfort. The most 'scarry' visit is the first surgery where she cut open the gum to access the jawbone to drill and screw in the implant. I expect this process to be worst nightmare than my extraction, as it need to drill into the bones instead of pulling the root out fr the bone for extraction. She explained each steps; injection, cut/open flap, drill, screw and stiches, what to expect before the start. Indeed true to her explaination, only the injection that i felt kind of 'ant bites' on my gum, though, multiple injections. (3 capsules) Next she will probe my gum to ensure no longer feel anything before she start the cut, from here i did not feel anything for the rest of steps. After complete, she also explain what to expect and what to do when i go home for the next few days till the next visit. Prescribe me stronger pain killer and antibiotic. The pain was very mild even after the anaesthesia subsided, hence, hence only took one paracetamol instead of the prescribed pain killer. All subsequent visits are simpler procedure w minimal cut and zero pain. She is very profesional not to rush thru the visits just to get paid, she indeed reschedule one of my visit as she is not feeling ok to operate that morning. Got my final visit yesterday, and so happy that i got back my molar after missing for more than 30years! And most importantly the experience that i go thru was completely different, so don't be afraid of dental phobia, they do 'place back' tooth too.
