Bonjour Odyssey

We purchased over 40 LED lights from this company just over a year ago - a mixture of track spotlights and down lights. Out of 12 down lights, 5 are already dead. One of the spot lights is also dead. When we spoke to the staff of Bonjour, namely Harrison and Vincent, they were very unhelpful. When we purchased them, we were told that the lights would last for many years. Well, that didn't happen. Harrison and Vincent are not responding to any of our calls, SMSes or emails. For the price that you pay for so called long lasting LED lights from this company, it is definitely NOT worth it. Because the LEDs are all encased in one package, you can't just go and replace the lights without going back to Bonjour. Good luck getting them to respond to you after they have sold it to you. Moral of the story: You can buy normal lighting solutions which lasts the same as the rubbish you get from Bonjour Odyssey at 1/20th of the cost. Bonjour's after sales service is the attrocious. Do not buy from this company!
