Dr Alice Chua is a friendly, accomodating and most importantly skillful dentist. Clinic staff is helpful as well. Highly recommended for more complicated procedures other than usual teeth scaling, polishing.
Usually long waiting times of an hour or so after appointment time so do factor in that when you visit Dr Chua takes care of my teeth and shows concern for me holistically, not just oral hygiene. She’s gentle, considerate, and really nice
Doctors and service rendered are professional, however on multiple occasions I have waited for 1.5 hours even though I arrived at the clinic 15 minutes before my stipulated appointment time. Appointment at 8:30pm today, arrived at 8:15pm but only saw the doctor at 9:45pm. Had to check in with the counter on my long wait before I was brought in to see the doctor.
