B9 Dental Centre — Toa Payoh

Severely undermanned. The concierge, doubling as a nursing assistant, is frazzled. They have to hire more people. I going to the dentist shouldn’t be a STRESSFUL place. Everything is urgent. Dr. Kim Ki Lim is good but also in a HURRY. Do better for the prices you charge.

Dr Kim Ki Lim is the worst dentist I’ve ever had in Singapore or malaysia. I regularly go to B9 and because Dr Zhang Ruoxi was on leave I was attended to by Dr Kim. He used excessive force whilst cleaning my teeth, and even when I shirked away 4 times because it was so painful, he didn’t care and just continued trying to finish the cleaning ASAP. He caused more damage to my gums than benefits from the cleaning. Absolutely regret letting him touch my teeth. Thankfully I have experiences with so many different dentists to know that Dr Kim’s service is absolutely not acceptable and even harmful to my gums. NEVER let him touch your teeth.

Lousy and inefficient service. Dentists and service staff are unprofessional. Unfortunately, I need to rate at least 1 star, if not i won’t even give a star! Messed up my mum’s appointment, my mum went all the way down to clinic only to find out that her denture is not ready for collection! In less than 1.5yrs, her denture broke! Dentist commented that it’s my mum’s fault and improper use. There is additional high charges for getting it fixed. This is ridiculous! I do not recommend this clinic even if you have CHAS subsidies!!
