Another great experience with Dr Samuel and team at Tampines branch. Needed to get my filling done and could not wait for the appointment at orchard as it might give pain. Approached the APDC and was arranged next day appointment at Tampines with Dr Samuel and as usual he attended it to the best professional way. Building up trust is so important and I don’t mind going from west to Tampines just to see the same doctor 😀. Highly recommend this place for your dental needs. Try yourself to believe.

What a great experience we had here at this dental clinic... Dr Samuel was very² patient and friendly towards my mom! He can speak a little malay and his nurses (Idayu and Liza) are also very friendly and respectful! My mom felt at ease removing 3 teeth! Looking forward to our future visits already!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Truly the best Service standards✅, One of the best dentist I ever met, Display professionalism and Comfort by Dr Samuel for Wisdom Tooth Extraction + One normal decayed affected tooth. One day I was having a bad toothache I checked many clinics that accepts walked in apparently all doesn’t have slots and only Asia Pacific Dental admin was able to kindly fill a slot in for me to visit the dentist on the same day within 3-4 hrs 🦷 The clinic Font Desk replies super quick, I’m super glad n they’ve made my day, Dr Samuel explained everything clearly to me and also gave suggestion for future tooth treatments for a better overall health care for my wellbeing. After doing a normal scan on my tooth n Dr explained the clinic provided me a with an appointment for the next visit within a week time 🕰️ for extraction. The extraction day I was super nervous abt the pain 😥 but I did brought up to Dr Samuel that I would like to have a pain free session, He acknowledges it and promise me it has all covered, Before the extraction Dr did a x ray and explains to me the tooth that needs to be extracted today and provides frequents checks on my comfort 😇b4 the surgery. Dr Samuel also did mention the lead time for extraction was 30-45 mins n do update me about the process steps/action b4 he proceed, He will keep me updated at all cost, Everything went super smooth and Efficient by DR Samuel n manages to complete the extraction within 15-20 mins. I was super impressed by his ability in showing Professionalism and outstanding Performance together with his Assistant, after stitches Dr Samuel did patiently listens to my question and explain clearly what’s the Do’s n Don’t. Provided me with a heads up on what has to be treated and what has to be prioritised n given as a suggestion. This clinic doctors/ front desk, don’t do any hard selling on product nor services to upsell to us customers and also we have the flexibility and freedom to choose the best timing to revisit the dentist. Overall it was a super stress free experience, I am more then willing to continue fixing the rest of my tooth problems in this clinic.
