I was recommended by my mum to see Dr Ho Jia Shen at Asia Pacific Dental Centre and this was one of the best decisions made. Every stage of my dental treatment was done extremely well and professionally. Dr Ho Jia Shen is polite, gentle, caring, extremely detailed, and takes time to explain the procedures very clearly. He is very patient in getting the job done perfectly. He also ensured that I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. He is very skillful and professional. Nadia, the Dental Assistant is always alert in her duty and in caring for me. She is quick and prompt in assisting Dr Ho, and also watched over my well-being the entire time. Once, Dr Ho & Nadia were even willing to work past their working hours to complete one part of my treatment. Zue is friendly and helpful with administrative matters. She also helped Dr Ho to check in on me after each dental treatment. Booking my appointments with her have been very smooth and easy. I have and will definitely continue to recommend others to see Dr Ho for dental matters.

Had my biannual scaling and polishing done by Dr. Ho JS. He was meticulous and gentle throughout the entire process. I appreciated that there was intraoral camera to capture the before-and-after images of my teeth to help me see the issues in my teeth and what was done. He was very reassuring, checked in often about any discomfort, and explained each next step as he went along. One of the most best s&p experiences I ever had. Highly recommended!

Visited this dentist clinic recently and I was really impressed with the service and patience from them the nurses and Dr Ho. Dr Ho has made this whole scaling and polishing service really pleasant. He took photos of before and after, and took the time to evaluate and explain on what he has observed and offers the most helpful advice. Would highly recommend Dr Ho and Jurong East’s Asia Pacific Dental!! 👍
