My spouse came in for a tooth extraction & a minor surgery which went very smoothly. Was really amazed n appreciative of Dr Hardev Singh care, calmness & professionalism. The whole team was very caring and efficient; from my enquiry thru phone call, to registration the extraction and prescriptions, everything went smoothly. Brought my mom for a last-minute appointment at Ashford (Thomson) without a prior booking, and the experience was exceptional. The receptionist, Atiqah, was incredibly helpful and kind, assisting us patiently despite the last-minute request. Dr Charmaine and her assisting nurse Ruby were both amazing. Knowing that my mom has a severe fear of dental extractions, they were extremely gentle, reassuring, and compassionate throughout the process. They took the time to calm her and made her feel safe and comfortable. Truly grateful for the professionalism and care shown. We will definitely be coming back for all future dental follow-ups. Highly recommended.

I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Hardev Singh, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Dr. Singh was incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring. He explained everything clearly and calmly at every step, which completely put me at ease. The procedure itself was surprisingly painless, and I felt confident knowing exactly what was happening the whole time. A huge thank you as well to nurse Ruby, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and encouraging, held my hand while I was getting the anesthetic in my gums, and kept talking to me to distract me from the procedure. Her warmth and compassion made such a difference.
