This clinic is highly recommended. The reception staff, Dr Ada, and her assistant were very nice and gentle. My girl was calm and listened well to Dr Ada’s instructions. We had the most wonderful experience at All Smiles Dental (Punggol) with Dr. Cheng Mei Shan. This was my 3-year-old boy’s very first dental visit, and I was very nervous that he would cry or feel frightened. To my surprise, it turned out to be such a positive and enjoyable experience — all thanks to Dr. Cheng’s patience, care, and thoughtfulness. From the moment we stepped in, Dr. Cheng took time to explain to him (and to me) what she was going to do. She didn’t rush, and she made sure he felt comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was how she used a toy model to let my son “clean the dirt” off toy teeth himself. This simple but brilliant step helped him understand what was going to happen, and it made him feel in control instead of anxious. During the actual check-up, he even got to watch his favourite TV show on the ceiling above the dental chair, which kept him calm and happy. I could see that Dr. Cheng really knows how to engage children and make the experience fun instead of scary. Afterwards, she gave him a balloon as a reward for his patience. He left the clinic smiling, proud of himself, and even excited to come back — which is more than I could have ever expected from a toddler’s first dental visit! Dr. Cheng is incredibly gentle, caring, and attentive with children. She doesn’t just “get the job done”; she goes the extra mile to make sure a child feels safe, respected, and cared for, even though this obviously takes more time than treating an adult patient. It’s rare to see this kind of dedication. I cannot recommend Dr. Cheng highly enough. If you’re a parent looking for a dentist who is truly excellent with kids, who combines professionalism with warmth, and who turns something potentially stressful into a genuinely positive experience — Dr. Cheng is the one to see. Truly commendable!

Our children's dentist for the past 3 years. Warm and friendly staff from the dentist (Dr Fenny), assistants all the way to the receptionists. The dentist for all our 3 kids are Dr. Fenny, and she is very warm ,soft and patient. Handles kids well, especially our youngest who has special needs. The receptionists have always been very helpful and patient if we have any questions. Much recommended 👍🏻
