Our family has been a patient of Advanced Dental Tampines East under Dr Karen Tsai for the past 9 years. When my children were younger and afraid of dental check-ups, Dr Karen was extremely patient, gentle, and reassuring. Over the years, we’ve always felt comfortable and well cared for under her treatment. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Dr Karen and the friendly staff at the clinic. Highly recommended for families looking for a dentist they can trust.

I have zero pain tolerance, and my last tooth extraction was 15 years ago, so I’ve always been extremely afraid of dental visits. I had severe throbbing toothache for two nights, and this morning my left cheek and neck swelled badly, to the point where I couldn’t even open my mouth. It was Sunday, and luckily my daughter recommended this clinic near my home, which also had good reviews. I WhatsApped the clinic to ask about availability and received a very fast response. Lester, the clinic assistant, was extremely helpful from the moment I texted—right through registration until the end of my visit. He clearly explained all the medications and the do’s and don’ts after extraction. Sue, the assistant to Dr Ma, was super caring and reassuring. She helped keep me calm and at ease throughout the procedure. Dr Ma was incredibly gentle and understanding of my fear. She listened patiently, gave clear advice & explanation, and provided constant reassurance. The experience was far beyond my expectations. Because of this positive experience, trust has truly developed, and I now feel confident and comfortable with this clinic. I have even made an appointment for my son to have his wisdom tooth examined at the same clinic, which speaks volumes about the confidence I have in their care. I would like to sincerely thank everyone who was working on Sunday, 14 December 2025, for their dedication and excellent service. I no longer fear visiting the dentist and will definitely stick to this clinic in the future. The fees are reasonable, there is no hard selling, and everything is affordable. The clinic is clean and well-maintained, and appointments are consistently on time. Dr. Mah has been our family dentist since 2021. She is very meticulous in her examinations and cleaning, and she takes time to address our concerns thoroughly. Dr. Mah is generous in sharing professional advice and oral care tips, and she is always approachable and accommodating. We highly recommend her services.
