I did a tooth extraction as well as treatment for my other teeth. The service was excellent. Dr Lim explained every single procedure as well as the costs for the treatment. Throughout the procedure, he will check if the patient is okay before proceeding further.And i do admit the treatment cost is high, but the service provided makes up for it. Dentist provided a note for us to remember what the do's and don'ts after extraction. Its a small gesture but it helps us especially when u r nursing the pain n listening to the receptionist giving instructions for the medicine n u paying up the bill.. U tend to forget what was mentioned. So the note does help after u are settled down at home. Recommended to all.

Did wisdom tooth extraction by Dr Lim Jing Yu today, he is very professional. Xray, pictures and video were taken and showed to me, so that i can clearly see all my tooth condition. The clinic was closing soon but he still willing to provide the explanation and suggestions patiently . My pain tolerance is low, but the whole process is fast and smooth. He helped me to reduce my anxiety by informing me what he was doing during the procedure. A long and clear instruction also given by him also after the procedure.

The dentist (Jingyulim) was very gentle and explained everything clearly, showing me the photos and X-rays before starting the procedure. He carefully identified which tooth needed a filling and which one was badly damaged. He also gave helpful advice on how to take care of my teeth in the future and recommended avoiding certain foods. The dental assistant was friendly, and the receptionist was also very kind. She clearly explained how to take the medication and how to care for my teeth after the treatment. Overall, it was a very good experience.
