Able to book appointment easily using the provided link on google map. Completed the entire session of diagnosis, cleaning and filling within 40mins. Including registration since it’s a 1st time visit. Dr Ho was soft spoken and patient in explaining my teeth conditions found during the visit. Asked instead of insisting I did the teeth filling. Asked again if I wanted to apply fluoride before the end. Providing me the prices for each procedure each time. Unlike some other dental clinics I visited. Respect. A nurse (male) was in attendance to support throughout the session. Efficient, precise, and reasonable pricing. Recommended

I visited about two weeks ago and had a really good experience with Dr Vivian. It was my first time visiting, and I was truly impressed. I’ve had dental trauma since primary school, so I’m usually quite anxious about dental treatments. However, Dr Vivian was gentle and reassuring throughout the entire process. She explained each step clearly and kept checking on me by name to make sure I was okay. The whole experience was smooth and much better than I expected. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and attentive dentist.
