Advanced Dental Loyang

I visited Advanced Dental Loyang for a consultation, deep cleaning, and polishing after not going to the dentist for about 8 years, so my teeth were honestly in pretty bad shape. Dr Beverly Goh was extremely gentle and took the time to explain the current condition of my teeth in a very clear and reassuring way. She also explained what needs to be done next and what to expect for follow-up treatments. As it had been many years since my last dental check-up, I was quite anxious, but the whole experience was surprisingly comfortable and relatively painless. My teeth feel very clean now. The counter staff were also very kind and patient, and they explained the payment procedure clearly, which made the entire visit stress-free. I’ll definitely be back.

Did my braces here for 4 years and it’s been a really smooth experience throughout with Dr Jason. While the prices may be higher compared to some other dental clinics I still decided to go with them and am glad i went that route. My case was a pretty complex one and I was happy to come here instead for a more proper treatment. Here is a list of pros I had while receiving my treatment here through these 4 years. 1. Dr Jason is an orthodontist who is really experienced. Honestly every appointment I went I was able to just let him and his team get to work and not worry cus you just can feel he knows his shit very well. Very calming and reassuring and I barely had to do any research on my own etc just had full trust in him. 2. My case required a jaw surgery in the middle of my braces treatment and Dr Jason was able to refer me to the head(I’m pretty sure) of the OMS department in NDCS which have me so much more confidence and reassurance for that surgery which went very smoothly. 3. Everything was very systematic from administrative processes like scheduling and booking to even the dental assistants’ ability and expertise. You can tell they’ve been doing this for a while and I don’t think i’ve had any complaints. 4. They’ve also been quite understanding of my financial situation, allowing for payment by installment, occasionally providing a complimentary scaling and polishing as well. Overall really a great experience ah and I’m very thankful that I chose them over a cheaper and likely less professional option.

I started coming here a couple of years ago through word of mouth and have been very happy with the experience. Making appointments is seamless, and the PSAs are friendly and efficient. Clinic is spotless and comfortable too! Also, Dr. Chua is very gentle and works efficiently as well. Prices are quite reasonable too. Highly recommend! :)
